  • Publication number: 20250274445
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to methods, systems, apparatuses, and non-transitory computer readable media for managing health data. A method includes receiving a first data packet associated with a first user. The first data packet is assigned a universally unique identifier based on the first user. The method also includes causing an encryption of the first data packet. The method further includes storing at least one of the plurality of encryption keys on a first distributed ledger subnet. The method still further includes receiving the at least one of the plurality of encryption keys for the encrypted first data packet stored on the first distributed ledger subnet. The method also includes causing a decryption of the first data packet based on the at least one of the plurality of encryption keys for the encrypted first data packet stored on the first distributed ledger subnet.

  • Publication number: 20250038954
Abstract: A method for applying a cryptographic cipher to healthcare compliant data transactions involves providing a data payload with transaction attributes, determining a subnet based on the attributes, and writing to a first subnet to obtain a transaction ID. A salt value is generated by hashing transaction IDs from multiple subnets and combining with a secret key from a cloud service to create an encryption key. The data payload is then encrypted using AES256 encryption and stored in a data table. This method ensures secure and compliant handling of sensitive healthcare data during transactions.

  • Patent number: 12095919
Abstract: A software mechanism for controlling data use in compliance with applicable legal standards and directives via a symbolic instruction set that additionally creates a mathematical net-sum to provide a data compliance validation key for use of that data in software, firmware and hardware. In some embodiments, the software mechanism identifies and tags via a symbolic instruction set the standards and directives applicable to data elements as a result of laws, technical and industry standards, contractual obligations, and other sources of norms, in order to streamline data compliance in forthcoming uses of that data. In other embodiments, a symbolic instruction set creates compliance-validation keys utilizing a net-sum method across applicable data norms to provide cryptographic zero-knowledge proof of the compliance of such data for software, firmware and hardware uses.
