    Abstract: Systems and methods are described that enable augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content to be associated with precise geo-spatial locations in a physical environment. A model of a physical environment is accessed and a three dimensional mesh definition comprising a plurality of mesh cells is received where the mesh is associated with the physical environment. A given mesh cell is associated with a logical address. Augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be associated with a given mesh cell. Tracking data corresponding to movement of a user in the physical environment is received. The tracking data may be compared with mesh cell locations to identify matching mesh cells. Addresses associated with the matching mesh cells are used to identify associated content. The identified associated augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be rendered using an augmented reality, virtual reality, or other rendering device.

    Abstract: A computer system is configured to access a set of coordinates, comprising geo-location coordinates and/or geo-fence coordinates, determine a presence and/or location of a first object with respect to the set of coordinates, determine if a trigger condition has occurred, if the trigger condition has occurred, access a geo-smart document comprising executable code, wherein the geo-smart document is accessed from a distributed synchronized database, dynamically configure the geo-smart document utilizing data accessed from sources different than the distributed synchronized database, verify the geo-smart document utilizing geo-location verification, access an endorsement policy, determining whether the geo-smart document has been successfully endorsed, if the geo-smart document has been successfully verified and has been successfully endorsed, cause a transaction to occur, record the transaction on the distributed synchronized database in association with a timestamp and validated geo-location data.
