    Abstract: A soft-melted parison is disposed in molds forming a shape of a measurement pipeline portion 10, the parison is expanded by means of gas inflow, and blow molding is performed. The shapes of a pipe body 11, a fluid inlet portion 12, and a fluid outlet portion 13 are formed by an inner mold of the molds. Ultrasonic wave input-output portions 14a and 14b bulging outwards in a sealed manner are formed on both sides positioned in the oblique direction of the pipe body 11 with respect to a center line of the pipe body 11. Parts of the ultrasonic wave input-output portions 14a and 14b are wall surfaces 15a and 15b for attaching ultrasonic wave transmission-reception units. The measurement pipeline portion 10 is obtained by cutting end portions of the fluid inlet portion 12 and the fluid outlet portion 13 after the parison is solidified.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic flow amount measuring device includes a pair of tube holding portions respectively connected to a base by a shaft portion so as to be openable and closeable, and ultrasonic transmission and reception units disposed in the tube holding portions so as to face each other in an inclined direction. When the tube holding portions are opened so as to insert a tube between holding concave portions formed in clamping portions and closed so as to clamp the tube, front end surfaces of ultrasonic transmission bodies are in close contact with both sides of a surface of the tube. When measuring a flow amount, an ultrasonic beam is alternatively transmitted and received between the ultrasonic transmission and reception units through the tube. A flow rate is obtained by obtaining a transmission time difference between the travel time and the return time of the ultrasonic beam.

    Abstract: Transmission/reception units 1 are fixed to both sides of a pipe body P in a clamp type. The transmission/reception unit 1 has a mounter 3 provided with a through-hole 3c and a transmitter/receiver 4 inserted into the through-hole 3c. The transmitter/receiver 4 has a surface contact portion 4a, an element fixing portion 4b provided with an installation hole 4c, and a ultrasound transmitting body 4e installed in the installation hole 4c. A transmitting/receiving element 4h is attached on a top surface 4g of the ultrasound transmitting body 4e. When the mounter 3 is fastened, a force applied to the mounter 3 is transmitted to the surface contact portion 4a such that the surface contact portion 4a comes into close contact with the pipe body P, therefore an ultrasonic beam is transmitted smoothly between the pipe body P and the transmitting/receiving element 4h.

    Abstract: An inlet conduit and an outlet conduit are disposed in a so-called crank shape with respect to a straight conduit. The straight conduit is provided with wall surfaces with which piezoelectric elements come into abutment from outside, and ultrasonic transceiver units are demountably mounted on the outside of the wall surfaces respectively. The two ultrasonic transceiver units have the same shape, and each include a covering member formed of a synthetic resin, the piezoelectric element provided in the covering member for transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic beam, and a cable connected to the piezoelectric element. The conduit portion and the ultrasonic transceiver unit are assembled separately. The ultrasonic transceiver units are disposed on both sides of the conduit portion and are coupled thereto with screws.
