Abstract: An anchor holder (10) for at least one suture thread (12) in a biological tissue has an anchor (11) connected to at least one suture thread (12). A casing (13) includes a housing (14) in which the anchor (11) is stowed, the head of the anchor (11) being positioned coaxial with the first opening (140) of the housing (14) with a view to assembly with an assembly end of an attachment guide. A reel (15) if provided for stowing the suture thread (12) and being in communication with the housing (14) so as to allow the passage of the suture thread (12). At least one locking member is provided, (16) which in an activated state, prevents the anchor (11) from coming out of the casing (13) and the suture thread (12) from being released.
