    Abstract: A method and apparatus for treating an object with ozone by: introducing the object to be treated and ozone into a sealed treatment chamber; and applying a negative pressure to said treatment chamber to prevent ozone leaking from said treatment chamber into the atmosphere and to provide an indication of the condition of the seal. The object may be treated according to a Static mode, or a Flow mode.
