  • Patent number: 11650027
Abstract: Structure for the ballistic protection of vehicles in general, characterized in that it comprises at least a first textile element and at least an additional element formed of a thermoplastic or thermosetting matrix. The structure forms a ballistic system for light armor plating obtained from at least one textile element and one or more thermoplastic or thermosetting base elements. The first textile element includes textile fibers. The second element can include thermoplastic matrices, thermosetting matrices, matrices based on rubber, elastomeric polymers and thermoplastic films of various kinds, the purpose of which consists in providing mechanical properties such that the use of the element can be extended to the field of armor plating while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. The aforesaid elements together contribute to define an efficient ballistic solution while maintaining a relatively low areal density.

  • Patent number: 11330382
Abstract: An acoustically transparent protector for an audio device provided with a sound generating transducer having a sound port covered by said protector for use with a human ear for the reproduction of sound which allows sound to pass through with little attenuation or distortion but does not allow foreign material such as ear wax, dust, debris, or water to pass into the sound port. The protector of the invention is provided with a sound radiating element having at least a curve portion and a suspension part. The protector of the invention realizes a “perfect” barrier that attenuates the sound entering the audio device as little as possible and does not suffer from significant sound distortions.

  • Patent number: 11134323
Abstract: A shaped component made of technical fabric for protection of the speakers of electronic devices with waterproofing characteristics of IPx7 degree or higher, which have water-tight speakers. In addition to the function of protection from solid particles, the invention is optimised for guaranteeing fast and efficient draining-off of the water that has penetrated into the water-tight speaker so as to recover as fast as possible the initial acoustic functionality, in an improved way as compared to the solutions currently available. The component according to the present invention comprises within it one or more openings covered by synthetic technical fabric with hydrophilic treatment, to guarantee rapid exit of the water that has entered the speaker module, and one or more openings covered by synthetic technical fabric with hydrophobic treatment, to favour entry of air into the volume in front of the speaker, thus ensuring proper emptying thereof.
