Abstract: An apparatus includes a memory and a hardware processor that receives a query from a device. The query includes first search parameters. The processor also retrieves, from a database and based on the first search parameters, a plurality of previously issued queries and applies a machine learning algorithm on the plurality of previously issued queries to determine second search parameters. The processor further adds the second search parameters to the query to form an enhanced query and communicates the enhanced query to a plurality of response systems. The processor then receives, from the plurality of response systems, a plurality of responses to the enhanced query, constructs, based on the plurality of responses to the enhanced query, an enhanced response to the query, and communicates the enhanced response to the device for selection of a response from the plurality of responses.

Consumers may benefit from being able to select property-specific and room-specific attributes for which they perceive enhanced value, while property-specific and room-specific attributes that a consumer does not particularly value may be avoided in an effort for the consumer to spend on features they desire. Further, hoteliers may benefit from being able to offer room-specific attributes and add-on features that create additional revenue streams for the hotel. Additionally, the transparency afforded the consumer of the room-specific attributes available versus those selected provides the consumer with a level of expectation that is more aligned with the hotel and the specific room they selected, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

After a query is issued, the system quickly eliminates data objects from the response by applying the conditions rather than the individual rules to the data objects.

In some examples, credit card numbers are tokenized using a pre-generated token map and absent the use of a networked database that stores a relatively large quantity of credit card numbers in a central location. The token map may be generated by a token map generator such that the token map can be used by a tokenizer to replace a portion of an account number with a token, and by a detokenizer to replace the token with the original portion of the account number. A pre-parser and parser may also be used to locate an account number and/or token in a message received over a network.

Abstract: To address post-booking and other issues, an application may be run on a user device, such as a mobile device, to provide improved, real-time travel organization and messaging. Some embodiments may also be configured to create, maintain, update, and delete a trip container to which trip content can be automatically or manually associated.
