Abstract: A sign language image input method and a device are illustrated. The sign language image input method is provided for a computer device which has a database. The database has a plurality of sign language images, wherein each of the sign language images correspondingly has a code combination. Steps of the sign language image input method are described as follows. The computer device generates at least one key combination by pressing a plurality of key blocks which are disposed in the computer device, wherein the key combination is formed based on at least one hand shape, at least one position, and/or at least one hand action of an input sign language image. The key combination is compared with all code combinations of the database. The input sign language image is outputted according to a comparison result of the key combination and the all code combinations.
