Abstract: A workpiece deforming press, including a safety device, comprises a press housing for housing therein a plurality of dies and punches arranged in a horizontal plane, wherein a press housing delimiting wall comprises a top horizontal guide bearing a sliding slide, wherein said sliding slide bears, through a linear actuator, a first overturning plane, supported by a fulcrum and adapted to be actuated by a linear actuator, and wherein said sliding slide further bears a second overturning plane supported by a fulcrum and adapted to be actuated by a cylinder-piston unit.

Abstract: A deforming press with a device for controllably supplying a metal wire includes a bottom guide disc and a top guide disc for the metal wire to be supplied, the discs having a circumferential slot, wherein the device further comprises wire supplying tubular guides, the bottom and top discs are supported by gear wheel driven supporting bottom and top shafts, the bottom shaft being operatively coupled to a controllable driving motor and each top disc being supported by a slide which may slide with respect to a body of the device, the slide being upward and downward driven by a driving cylinder-piston unit.

Abstract: A workpiece supporting device for a multiple-die horizontal forging press comprises a transfer pliers arranged at each recess of a die and having a movable stem operating as a workpiece ejecting means, the stem being coupled, at one end portion thereof, facing a driving mechanism, through a coupling bracket, to a driving rod, one end of which, arranged at a recess of the die respectively of the transfer pliers, houses a workpiece restraining device, formed by a rocker mechanism, which can swing about a cross pivot pin and against a spring means affecting an arm of the rocker mechanism.

Abstract: In a device for automatically adjusting the control cams of a forging machine, with a releasing means for releasing the operating position of a cam, the cam supporting shaft swingably supports, with a controlled movement with respect to the shaft longitudinal axis, radially extending brackets, in turn supporting a bar extending through the overall length of the control cam supporting shaft, the brackets being moreover provided, at each control cam, with cylinder-piston units including movable pins which can be engaged with recesses formed in the cams.
