Abstract: An apparatus for the production and filling of food containers includes at least one device for forming a sheet made of polymeric material to provide accommodation receptacles which have at least one access opening, at least one filling unit adapted to fill, through the access opening, the accommodation receptacles with at least one type of food, and at least one sealing unit to seal the access opening with a closure film. The apparatus includes at least one device for removing portions, and at least one laser emitter for providing a weakening portion at a respective connecting edge between adjacent accommodation receptacles. The polymeric material is chosen from polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene and copolymers thereof. The apparatus includes a first section which accommodates the filling unit, the sealing unit, and the device for removing portions, and a second section, separate from the first section, which accommodates the laser emitter.

Abstract: An apparatus for blow-molding plastic containers includes at least one blow-molding station which defines at least one molding cavity which extends around a main axis of extension and further includes at least two lateral bodies and a respective bottom for each molding cavity that is defined by the blow-molding station. The bottom defines a recessed central portion, which is arranged around the main axis of extension, and a lateral containment portion, which has petal-shaped regions which have a substantially radial extension.

Abstract: An apparatus for the manufacture and unloading of preforms for the manufacture of plastic containers includes a device for the injection molding of preforms and a device for the cooling and extraction of the preforms from the molding device, and further includes a device for the selective extraction of a predetermined subset of preforms supported by the unloading plate in an orderly manner along at least one pickup direction. The apparatus also includes a component for the orderly transfer of the predetermined subset of preforms to a control and inspection device adapted to perform at least one control on the predetermined subset of preforms.

Abstract: An apparatus for blow molding plastic containers includes a blow molding carousel and is connected, at a first transfer station, to a feeding line of preforms, the first transfer station having a transfer carousel supporting grip elements which are associated with at least one respective grip body. Each grip element has a first arm, which is supported so that it can rotate by the transfer carousel in order to rotate on command about a substantially vertical pivoting axis, and a second arm, which extends longitudinally and can slide on command with respect to the first arm along an advancement/retraction direction which is substantially parallel to its own direction of extension. The grip body includes a coupling element which is configured to stably hold the preform.

Abstract: An injection molding apparatus with hot runners includes a rear plate that supports at least one manifold, wherein a first face of the rear plate that contains the main manifold is in direct contact with a first face of the manifold plate substantially on the entire flat surface of the first face of the manifold plate which is not affected by the recesses which, in the manifold plate, accommodate the secondary manifolds. The manifold plate has nozzles, and the actuators of the injection nozzles are completely external to the rear plate, are completely inside recesses of the manifold plate, and are arranged so that a respective piston cylinder is compressed between the first face of the rear plate and the secondary manifold.
