An LED lighting apparatus includes the cooling device, a mounting plate mechanically coupled to the cooling device for the LED lighting apparatus, the mounting plate formed of a metal material, an LED substrate mounted to the mounting plate, the LED substrate comprising at least one LED arranged thereon, and an LED driving circuit configured to drive the LED.
