The Apparatus comprises at least one video camera for capturing a video clip of a suspect traffic violation by an offending vehicle; a processor coupled to the at least one video camera, the processor configured to detect the suspect traffic violation based on a particular set of traffic violations and definitions of triggering events; and an interface to a network for reporting the detected suspect traffic violation.
