Abstract: The subject matter discloses a method, comprising obtaining transaction history of a specific customer at a voucher related business, predicting future transactions of the specific customer at the voucher related business according to the transaction history of a specific customer, said future transactions are associated with a predefined time range; determining a personalized voucher to be issued to the specific customer for the predefined time range to be redeemed at the voucher related business according to the predicted future transactions, wherein at least one step of the method is performed by a processor.
