Abstract: Systems and methods for forming and deploying a pipe liner in a pipe main having a service lateral. The line is formed from three pieces of material. The piece of material forming the front top and of the main liner and the front of the lateral line has a cutout at the joint to reduce bunching, which can result in non-uniform liner thickness and may form obstructions at the joint.
Abstract: A system and method for efficiently and safely installing a pipe liner is provided, as well as methods of using the same. The system and method for efficiently and safely installing a pipe liner may provide an inverter configured to invert the pipe liner by introducing pressure into the pipe liner; provide a top roller, provide an assist system located between the inverter and the top roller, the assist system comprising: a main housing having a main housing top and a main housing bottom, and each of the main housing top and the main housing bottom having an opening; a first interior roller; a second interior roller; and a first motor; and feed the pipe liner onto the top roller, wherein the assist system feeds the pipe liner from the top roller to the inverter in an efficient and controller manner.

Abstract: A lock block for attaching to a diameter-reduced pipe liner pulled through a host pipe which braces the pipe liner and inhibits it from fully retreating into the host pipe when longitudinal tension is reduced and the pipe liner experiences length reduction.
Abstract: Systems and methods for pulling a pipe liner through a host pipe comprising a pulling head with a number of fingers having flexion points which move from an open orientation to a closed position when the pulling head is placed under tension from winch to thread a pipe liner through a host pipe.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for removing a pipe liner from a diameter reducing die using a double nut system whereby the nuts are incrementally loosened to gradually relieve tension on the die until the assembly can be safely separated while reducing the risk of injury or damage to operators and equipment.
Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing the diameter of a pipe liner to repair a damaged pipe, including means of reducing the pulling force required. This is done through use of a multi-section reduction die using a two-step reduction and pushing means for advancing the non-reduced liner portion into the die.
