    Abstract: An adjustable sling apparatus is provided which allows one strap to be adjusted to a particular length so that loads of various sizes can be used in conjunction with the sling. A simple and efficient design fixes the length of the strap at the adjusted position. This is accomplished by either rotating a pin over a stationary pin or wrapping the strap in a predetermined fashion around two fixedly mounted, stationary rods.
