Abstract: A switch device for a nail gun includes a body having a main chamber and a cylinder is received in the main chamber. A main path communicates with the cylinder. A recess is formed in the body and a valve is received in the recess. An end member is connected to the rear end of the body. An air way communicates between the recess and the end member. A first release path communicates the recess and outside of the body. A communication path communicates between the main chamber and the recess. A switch member is located at the communication path. By operating the switch member, the features of single mode and automatic mode of the nail gun is controlled.

Abstract: A nail pushing device of a nail gun includes a base connected to the nose of the nail gun, a cover slidably connected to the base, and restriction units received in the cover. The base has multiple positioning slots, slide slots and passages. The restriction units are installed in the positioning slots and each have a main part for being contact with the nails. The main part of each restriction unit has a ridge protruding laterally therefrom and a resilient leg extends from each of two ends of the ridge. The restriction units each have a guide member and an engaging portion on two ends thereof. The restriction units located in the positioning slots at different positions are used to guide nails of different lengths.

Abstract: A guiding device for coil nailers includes a nose connected to a barrel with a longitudinal path defined in the barrel and an inlet is located at the mediate portion of the longitudinal path. A side plate extends from the barrel and a guiding slot is defined in the inside of the side plate. A hollow portion is defined in the inside of the lower end of the side plate and a cylinder is located on outside of the side plate. A stop plate extends from one side of the inlet of the barrel. The minimum distance from one side of the stop plate to the other side of the inlet is between two respective maximum diameters of the nail shank and the nail head. A rib extends from the inside of the stop plate and toward the axis of the path to maintain the nails to be straight.

Abstract: An auxiliary member for coil nails includes a shank and a connection portion which is located at a lateral side of the shank, wherein the shank is pushed by a main pusher of a push mechanism. An extension portion is connected between the shank and the connection portion. The shank and the extension portion are non-parallel to each other, an axis of the shank is not parallel to an axis of the extension portion. The connection portion holds a shank of a last nail of the coil nails.

Abstract: A pressure releasing device includes an end cap connected to a rear end of a body of the pneumatic tool and includes an engaging area. A cylinder is located in a chamber in the body of the pneumatic tool and partially located in the engaging area. The engaging area includes an axle hole and output holes are located around the axle hole. A groove is defined in an inside of the engaging area and includes a tapered surface. The cylinder includes intake holes communicating the chamber in the body. Release holes are defined in the cylinder and communicate with the groove of the engaging area. Two seals are respectively engaged with a first recess and a second recess. The release holes are located between the first and second recesses. Multiple output holes are defined in the cylinder and communicate between an outside of the cylinder and the second recess.

Abstract: A nail includes a shank with a head and a tip portion on two ends of the shank. Two guide flanges extend radially outward from the shank and a flexible and deformable sleeve is mounted to the shank and located between the two guide flanges. The nail penetrates an object and defines a hole which is defined by a periphery which cuts into the sleeve so that the nail is cannot be pulled out from the object.

Abstract: An air path arrangement for a pneumatic nail gun includes cylinder received in a barrel and a handle is connected to the barrel. A space is defined between the cylinder and an inner periphery of the barrel. A connection path communicates between the interior and a first partition of the chamber. A side path communicates between a space between the cylinder and an inner periphery of the barrel, and a second partition of the chamber. The first partition communicates with an inlet and an outlet in the handle. A movable member, a guide member, a valve, an axle and a base are received in the chamber. The guide member is located between the first and second partitions. The guide member has apertures which communicates with the first and second partitions so that the movable member and the valve are movably received in the first partition and the second partition.
