  • Patent number: 10658448
Abstract: A display device includes signal lines and pixels connected thereto. A first pixel includes a first transistor including a first gate electrode, a first channel region overlapping the first gate electrode, a first source region, and a second drain region facing the first source region, with the first channel region interposed between the first source region and the second drain region. A third transistor includes a third gate electrode, a third channel region overlapping the third gate electrode, a third drain region connected to the first gate electrode, and a third source region facing the third drain region with the third channel region interposed between the third source region and the third drain region. A shielding part overlaps a boundary between the third source region and the third channel region and does not overlap a boundary between the third drain region and the third channel region.

  • Patent number: 7965036
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an LED device which emits light of multi-wavelengths. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing LED devices which emit light of high quality from throughout the whole surface in a uniform manner. In particular, utilizing the manufacturing method of LED devices which emit light of multi-wavelengths makes it possible to produce LED devices of high quality in a simple and cost-efficient way, not by using adhesives, but by a sputtering or PLD method. In addition, since the characteristics of the desired emitted light can be controlled by controlling the amount and type of the phosphors during the manufacture of sputtering targets, high quality LED devices can be manufactured easily.

  • Patent number: 5325183
Abstract: An OSD circuit for displaying advertising picture data on the screen of a television receiver is disclosed, and the circuit includes: an oscillator, a first counter, a second counter, a third counter, an F/F circuit, a ROM, and automatic color adjusting circuitry. The oscillator supplies clock signals to the first counter, and the first and second counters supplies horizontal and vertical scanning addresses to the ROM so as for the advertising picture data to be outputted from the ROM. The third counter, supplies a delay signal for displaying of an advertising picture data of a picture scene at a time, thereby inhibiting the output of the ROM for a certain period of time. The F/F circuit prevents a dual display of the advertising picture on the screen, and the ROM stores the advertising picture data separately for main color data, first sub-color data, second sub-color data and brightness data.

  • Patent number: 4658928
Abstract: An operable toy utilizes a metal sensing apparatus which includes a tuned circuit which includes a pick-up coil. The resonance frequency of the resonance circuit shifts when the pick-up coil senses a metal or magnetic object. A motor is normally driven in the absence of the sensing of a metal or magnetic object. When the metal or magnetic object is sensed, the frequency shift of the tuned circuit including the pick-up coil attenuates the frequency produced by an oscillator and as the voltage of the signal produced by the oscillator is attenuated, a level detection circuit produces a low output to thereby disconnect the power from the motor. Alternatively, the power to the motor may be reversed. Two metal sensing apparatuses may be utilized in an operable toy to cause the toy to follow a track of metallic or magnetic material.
