An organ image generating method involves: receiving image data of a medical image of a subject; extracting an image of an organ from the medical image; receiving image data of a generic image of the organ; and generating image data of an organ image of the subject from the generic image of the organ and the extracted image of the organ.

Abstract: A method, medium, and system encoding and/or decoding a moving picture. The moving picture encoding method may include selecting a prediction mode that is optimal for the macro blocks, which correspond to each other, of the color components of a current image based on the characteristics of a predetermined image, generating a predicted image for the current image according to the selected prediction mode, and encoding a moving picture using the predicted image. An optimal prediction mode can be adaptively applied to the macro blocks, which correspond to each other, of the color components, thereby increasing the moving picture's encoding and decoding efficiencies.

Abstract: A field effect transistor (FET) and a method to form the FET are disclosed. The FET comprises a channel region comprising a nanosheet layer/sacrificial layer stack. The stack comprises at least one nanosheet layer/sacrificial layer pair. Each nanosheet layer/sacrificial layer pair comprises an end surface. A conductive material layer is formed on the end surface of the pairs, and a source/drain contact is formed on the conductive material layer. In one embodiment, the sacrificial layer of at least one pair further may comprise a low-k dielectric material proximate to the end surface of the pair. A surface of the low-k dielectric material proximate to the end surface of the pair is in substantial alignment with the end surface of the nanosheet layer. Alternatively, the surface of the low-k dielectric material proximate to the end surface of the pair is recessed with respect to the end surface of the nanosheet layer.

Abstract: A pogo pin may include a housing, a resilient connecting member and a switching unit. The housing may be arranged between a printed circuit board (PCB) and a probing head. The resilient connecting member may be arranged in the housing to electrically connect the PCB with the probing head. The switching unit may be provided in the housing to selectively cut off an electrical connection between the PCB and the probing head. Thus, because the PCB may not require additional switching substrates, the PCB may have a small size so that the probe card may also have a small size. A semiconductor device may be manufactured using the probe card.
