Abstract: Methods of fabricating a memory device are provided. The methods may include forming a mask pattern including line-shaped portions that are parallel to each other and extend on a first region of a substrate. The mask pattern may extend on a second region of the substrate. The methods may also include forming word line regions in the first region using the mask pattern as a mask, forming word lines in the word line regions, respectively, and removing the mask pattern from the second region to expose the second region. The mask pattern may remain on the first region after removing the mask pattern from the second region. The methods may further include forming a channel epitaxial layer on the second region while using the mask pattern as a barrier to growth of the channel epitaxial layer on the first region.

The context-based arithmetic decoding apparatus may determine a context of a current N-tuple to be decoded, determine a Most Significant Bit (MSB) context corresponding to an MSB symbol of the current N-tuple, and determine a probability model using the context of the N-tuple and the MSB context. Subsequently, the context-based arithmetic decoding apparatus may perform a decoding on an MSB based on the determined probability model, and perform a decoding on a Least Significant Bit (LSB) based on a bit depth of the LSB derived from a process of decoding on an escape code.
Abstract: A method for receiving profile information by a terminal in a communication system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure to solve the above-described problem comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a predetermined server, a first request message including an identifier related to the terminal and information related to a standby server; transmitting, to the standby server, a second request message including identifier information related to the terminal; and receiving, from the standby server, a first response message including server information for profile reception. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to effectively carry out an opening of an eUICC terminal and a device change, and flexibly manage a transfer server for profile download. In addition, it is possible to flexibly install and manage a communication provider's remote installation of a profile in the eUICC terminal.
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, mask patterns are formed on a semiconductor substrate. An organic layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate to cover the mask patterns. An upper portion of the organic layer is planarized using a polishing composition. The polishing composition includes an oxidizing agent and is devoid of abrasive particles.

Abstract: A printed circuit board (PCB) having an improved waterproof structure for preventing corrosion of a substrate is disclosed.
