Abstract: In a method of operating a storage device including a plurality of storage regions, a first request is received. The first request is for a cryptographic erasure with respect to a first storage region. During a first time interval, a first encryption key corresponding to the first storage region is changed based on the first request. A second request is received. In response to receiving the second request within the first time interval, a region access signal is outputted. In response to determining, based on the region access signal, that the second request is associated with the first storage region, an execution of the second request is held. In response to determining, based on the region access signal, that the second request is associated with a second storage region among the plurality of storage regions, the second request is executed.
Abstract: A method of controlling a portable device including first and second touch screens is provided. The method includes displaying first information related to a first application on the first touch screen and displaying second information related to the first application on the second touch screen; receiving a first user input moving to the first touch screen on the second touch screen; and replacing the first information and the second information with a third information and a fourth information related to the first application on the first and second touch screens, in response to receiving the first user input, wherein each of the third information and the fourth information is displayed while being slidden from the second touch screen to the first touch screen and the third information is displayed over a boundary between the first and second screens during the sliding of the third and fourth information.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a mold layer on a semiconductor wafer having a plurality of integrated circuit die at least partially defined therein. An etch stopper film is selectively formed on a second portion of the mold layer extending adjacent a periphery of the semiconductor wafer, but not on a first portion of the mold layer extending opposite at least one of the plurality of integrated circuit die. A preliminary pattern layer is formed on the etch stopper film and on the first portion of the mold layer. A plurality of patterns are formed in the preliminary pattern layer by selectively exposing the preliminary pattern layer to extreme ultraviolet light (EUV). Then, hole patterns are selectively formed in the first portion of the mold layer, using the exposed preliminary pattern layer and the etch stopper film as an etching mask.
