    Abstract: A vehicle information providing method and a terminal applying the same are provided. The vehicle information providing method includes communicably connecting to a Global Positioning System (GPS) mounted on a vehicle, receiving location information from the GPS and receiving vehicle information from a vehicle information system based on the received location information. Accordingly, the terminal may receive the location information of the vehicle inside the vehicle even though the terminal has no GPS.
