Abstract: A method of processing frames obtained by multiple exposures may include categorizing, by at least one processor, a plurality of frames captured by multiple exposures into one of a reference frame and a target frame, compensating for global motion resulting from motion of a capturing apparatus capturing an object, and compensating for local motion resulting from motion of the object, based on a joint histogram between the reference frame and the target frame.

Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for encoding and decoding a bit stream in a multilayer video system in which a base layer and a higher layer use different codecs. Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus and a broadcast guiding method are provided. A broadcast receiving apparatus includes a video output unit which outputs a program information table in which broadcast information is arranged using rows and columns according to a plurality of references, an interface unit which enables a user to select at least one of the rows and the columns in the program information table, and a control unit which segments a reference corresponding to the at least one of the rows and the columns selected through the interface unit and reorganizes the program information table according to the segmented reference, and controls the video output unit to output the reorganized program information table.
Abstract: A method for embedding digital information into an audio signal, is provided. The method includes dividing the digital information into low-priority data and high-priority data; dividing the audio signal into first and second signal parts; embedding at least one echo signal into the first signal part; embedding a communication signal modulated with low-priority data, which has a spectrum according to psychoacoustic analysis of the second signal part, into the second signal part; and combining the embedded first and second signal parts.

Abstract: A handover method for supporting terminal mobility is provided, wherein, before a target core network node updates bearer information, an access control determination procedure is added. According to the access control determination information provided by the target base station, if it is determined that the bearer supporting a SIPTO or LIPA service is permitted to perform the handover, the target core network node updates the bearer information. If it is determined that the bearer supporting the SIPTO or LIPA service is not allowed to perform the handover, the handover failure is notified as per the bearer not performing the handover, and the bearer information is not updated. Alternatively, during or after the handover to the target network, the bearer release or deactivation is performed for the bearer not performing the handover, so that the UE may re-initiate the bearer establishment process with respect to the bearer not performing the handover.
Abstract: A picture sharing apparatus and method are provided. The picture sharing apparatus includes technology for providing pictures differentiated according to sharing levels. The picture sharing technology may receive a picture request from a user's terminal and determine that user's sharing level and provide a picture differentiated in a predetermined form according to the user's sharing level. The picture sharing technology fulfills the two conflicting tasks of privacy protection and picture sharing.
