The display apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a display configured to display a user interface representing a process for pairing the display apparatus with another device; and a processor configured to control the display to display a first user interface representing loading of the process, a changing user interface representing a state of change from the first user interface to a second user interface representing execution of the loaded process, and the second user interface.
