Abstract: In an organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same, the display device may include: a thin-film transistor including an active layer, a gate electrode including a first electrode which includes nano-Ag on an insulating layer formed on the active layer and a second electrode on the first electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; an organic light-emitting device including a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and formed of the same layer as, and using the same material used to form, the first electrode, an intermediate layer including an emissive layer, and an opposite electrode covering the intermediate layer and facing the pixel electrode; and a pad electrode formed of the same layer as, and using the same material used to form, the first electrode in a pad area located outside of a light-emitting area.
Abstract: A cassette for accommodating substrates may include a cassette body for accommodating the substrates; a door for selectively sealing the cassette body; magnetic units for primarily coupling the door to the cassette body; and latch units for secondarily coupling the door to the cassette body. Since the door completely contacts the cassette body, penetration of a contamination source from an external environment may be fundamentally prevented. Also, since the door is double coupled to the cassette body by the magnetic units and the latch units, firm coupling may be achieved.

Abstract: An atomic layer deposition apparatus and a sealing method of an organic light emitting device using the same are disclosed. In one embodiment, the atomic layer deposition apparatus improves a structure of the purge gas injection nozzle so as to increase the exhaust efficiency of the purge gas in an atomic layer deposition process, which increases a speed of a purge process. As a result, it is possible to improve a deposition speed and a quality of a sealing film when a sealing process for sealing the organic light emitting device is implemented by using the atomic layer deposition.

First electrodes electrically connecting the thin film transistors may be located on the insulating interlayer and sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. A pixel defining layer may be disposed on the insulating interlayer, portions of the first electrodes and the sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. Light emitting structures may be disposed on the first electrodes in pixel regions. A second electrode may be located on the light emitting structures. Planarization patterns may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the first and the second contact holes. A spacer may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the third contact hole.
