Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for CSI reporting mechanisms are provided. A user equipment (UE) includes a transceiver configured to receive configuration information for channel state information (CSI) calculation and reporting. The configuration information includes settings comprising at least one CSI reporting setting, at least one reference signal (RS) setting, and a measurement setting. The UE also includes a processor operably connected to the transceiver. The processor is configured to decode the configuration information and calculate CSI according to the settings, The transceiver is further configured to transmit the calculated CSI on an uplink (UL) channel.
Abstract: Memory devices and methods of forming the same include forming a memory stack over a bottom electrode. The memory stack has a free magnetic layer formed on the tunnel barrier layer. A first boron-segregating layer is formed directly on the free magnetic layer. An anneal is performed to cause boron to leave the free magnetic layer at an interface with the first boron-segregating layer. A top electrode is formed over the memory stack.

The discovery signal transmission/reception method of the present disclosure is advantageous in improving energy efficiency of a mobile communication system.

Abstract: A time-resolving sensor includes a single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD), a logic circuit and differential time-to-charge converter (DTCC) circuit. The DTCC includes a capacitor device, first and second switching devices, and an output circuit. The first switching device is responsive to the first enable signal to transfer a charge on the capacitor device to the first floating diffusion. The second switching device is responsive to the second enable signal to transfer a remaining charge on the capacitor device to the second floating diffusion. The output circuit outputs a first voltage that is based on the first charge on the first floating diffusion and a second voltage that is based on the second charge on the second floating diffusion.

The method includes sending by a first device a connection request including bootstrap information from the first device to establish an initial connection with a second device, wherein the bootstrap information comprises at least one of channel information, a power profile associated with the second device, and a role; and initiating by the first device the subsequent connection with the second device after receiving a successful connection response including bootstrap information from the second device.
