Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for transmitting, by a base station, information in a wireless communication system, and a base station performing the same, the method comprising the steps of: generating a system information block comprising first hysteresis information about a first type terminal, and second hysteresis information about a second type terminal; and broadcasting the generated system information block, wherein the first type terminal includes a terminal which does not provide a public safety network service, and wherein the second type terminal includes a terminal which provides a public safety network service. In addition, the present invention relates to a terminal which operates with the base station, and a method for operating the terminal.
