    Abstract: Disclosed is a carbon nanotube (CNT) thin film having metallic nanoparticles. The CNT thin film includes a plastic transparent substrate and a CNT composition coated on the substrate. The CNT composition includes a CNT and metallic nanoparticles distributed on the CNT surface. The plastic transparent substrate is flexible. The metallic nanoparticles are formed by heating a metallic precursor adsorbed in the CNT surface. A method of manufacturing the CNT thin film having metallic nanoparticles is also disclosed. A CNT-dispersed solution is prepared by mixing a CNT with a dispersant or a dispersion solvent. The CNT-dispersed solution is used to form a CNT thin film. Metallic precursors are implanted in the CNT thin film. Then, a heat-treatment is applied to transform the metallic precursors into metallic particles including metallic nanoparticles.

An apparatus for correcting color registration in an electro-photographic printer, in which exposure start points of each color unit for a photosensitive drum are adjusted to superpose images developed in a plurality of colors on matching positions of a transfer belt, includes an exposure unit to project light beams on the photosensitive drum to form latent images of one or more marks for each color unit. A developing unit is also disclosed to generate developed images by developing the latent images of the marks and a mark sensing unit is provided to detect the developed images transferred on a surface of the transfer belt for a predetermined time period. A color registration controller stores information on time points at which the developed images are detected and compares the number of the time points with the number of the marks.

    Abstract: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device is provided, which supports an erase verify operation mode to determine whether an erased memory cell is lower than a maximal threshold voltage (e.g., 3V), and a test verify operation mode to determine whether the erased memory cell has a progressive fail characteristic. Once the memory device enters the test verify operation mode, a wordline voltage to be applied to a memory cell and a reference wordline voltage to be applied to a reference cell are generated. The wordline and reference wordline voltages generated in the test verify operation mode are set to be higher than those generated in the erase verify operation mode. This makes it possible to compare current flowing through the memory cell and reference cell at more than one level and to check a memory cell for a progressive (or potential) failing characteristic.
