  • Patent number: 11633066
Abstract: A cutting board assembly that includes a plurality of anti-slip support assemblies that maintain usability of at least one of the opposing surfaces of the cutting board assembly for cutting operations and which maintain a sanitary and cleanable construction of the cutting board assembly. Each support assembly includes first and second support bodies that are constructed to engage one another and cooperate with discrete through-holes that are formed in the body of the cutting board. Each support assembly includes an anti-slip layer that protrudes above the discrete cutting surface and sealingly cooperates with the walls of the discrete through-holes to maintain a sanitary and cleanable condition of the cutting board assembly. The body of the cutting board assembly is constructed to withstand exposure to high temperature conditions associated with use thereof.

  • Patent number: 11524841
Abstract: A trash bin assembly includes a collapsible cover assembly and a collapsible base assembly that removably cooperate with one another and are constructed to pivotably cooperate with one another when deployed. One or more bag supports are disposed in the bin assembly and maintain an open configuration of a bag disposed therein. A pivot assembly removably secures the cover assembly to the base assembly and is constructed to facilitate rotation of the cover assembly relative to the base assembly during service operations and to define a range of rotation of the cover assembly relative to the base assembly.

  • Patent number: 11478112
Abstract: An assembly, kit, and method for water-proofing a rolled web material dispenser. The assembly includes a mounting plate that is constructed to engage a back surface of a housing of the web material dispenser and includes a gasket that is disposed between a front surface of the mounting plate and the back surface of the housing to form a watertight seal therebetween. A plurality of ribs extend in a rearward direction towards a mounting surface from a back surface of the mounting plate and define a plurality of channels that guide water sprayed above the dispenser away from a cavity enclosed by the housing. The assembly preferably includes a plug that is preferably tethered to the mounting plate and is constructed to cooperate with a keyhole of the dispenser housing and form a watertight seal therewith.

  • Patent number: 11447355
Abstract: A feed assembly for dispensing rolled web material from a bulk roll of material and that includes a feed drum and a pair of pinch rollers that cooperate with the feed drum. The feed drum and pinch rollers are oriented and constructed to mitigate jamming and/or undesired displacement of the web material as it progresses through the feed assembly. Preferably, a drum guard is disposed between the pinch rollers and is constructed to further mitigate undesired translation of the web material relative to the feed assembly during dispense operations.

  • Patent number: 11324361
Abstract: A multiple roll tissue material dispenser assembly and method for forming a dispenser configured to dispense respective vertically stacked rolls of tissue material. The dispenser assembly includes a carriage that moveably cooperates with a support frame to allow dispensing access to a second vertically stacked roll of tissue material without outside interference. The carriage supports an actuator assembly that cooperates with a lower roll of tissue material and a channel defined by the support frame to allow selective access to an upper roll of tissue material. Depletion of the lower roll of tissue material effectuates rotation of the actuator to automatically effectuate the gravitationally downward slideable translation of the carriage relative to the support frame to allow access to an upper roll of tissue material supported by the carriage.

  • Patent number: 11224314
Abstract: A dispenser assembly and method of providing a web material dispenser assembly that is configured to dispense towel and wipe web materials, whether continuous or interwoven, in a pull-through manner from a core of a roll of material. The dispenser assembly includes a housing having a base and a moveable cover. A roll guide is disposed in the housing and defines a portion of the dispense passage associated with extraction of material from the dispenser assembly. A restrictor plate is supported by the roll guide and is rotatable and axially translatable relative thereto. The restrictor plate defines a number of dispense openings that can be selectively aligned with the portion of the dispense passage defined by the roll guide such that the characteristics associated with the pull-through dispense activity of the dispenser assembly can be quickly and conveniently configured to achieve a desired dispense action.

  • Patent number: 11224316
Abstract: A lockout system that limits use of a rolled web material dispenser assembly to dispense only authorized rolls of web material. The lockout system includes a hub and an insert that cooperate with one another to define mating registration elements that removeably cooperate with one another and provide a rotational cooperation therebetween when engaged with one another. The insert is shaped to be received in a bore of discrete authorized roll of web material. In one embodiment, the insert includes an overlapping portion formed between opposing ends of the insert and preferably between rotational bearing surfaces associated therewith. In another embodiment, the hub supported by the dispenser is moveable relative to the dispenser and renders the hub unavailable for operative cooperation with inserts that are not configured for cooperation therewith.

  • Patent number: 11122942
Abstract: A dispenser assembly that includes a carousel tray and is operable to allow the user to selectively orient one of a plurality of respective discrete rolls of web material supported by the carousel tray proximate a dispense opening. An elongate user actuated lever arm is accessible from outside the dispenser housing and operable to allow the user to manually rotate the carousel tray relative to the housing to present each discrete roll of web material proximate the dispense opening for use. In preferred embodiments, the dispensing assembly includes one or more indexing and/or brake assemblies that are configured to inhibit inertial rotation of the carousel and/or to resist rotation of the carousel beyond a desired radial location absent user interaction with the lever arm.

  • Patent number: 11083348
Abstract: A lockout system that is configured to limit use of a rolled web material dispenser assembly to dispense only authorized rolls of web material. The lockout system includes respective first and second mating registration elements that removeably cooperate with one another and provide a rotational cooperation therebetween when engaged with one another. One of the registration elements is non-removeably associated with each authorized roll of web material and the mating registration element is associated with the rolled web material dispenser assembly. The first registration element is supported by the bore of discrete authorized rolls of web material. The corresponding and mating second registration element is supported by the roll dispenser. Mating of the first and second registration elements provides a rotatable linkage that facilitates rotation of the roll relative to the dispenser assembly during the dispense activity.

  • Patent number: 10932624
Abstract: A sanitation pail having a body that defines a fluid cavity and a bail that is pivotably connected to the body. The body includes a base and a number of side walls that extend in an upward manner from the base. The base includes a raised portion that is disposed between respective adjacent lower portions of the base. The downward directed surface of the base defines a number of grip sites associated with the bottom of the body. The sidewalls have a generally hourglass cross section shape wherein each discrete corner associated with the sidewalls defines a curved pour spout. Additional handles or grip sites extend from the body proximate the upper edge of body and are associated with radially inward directed curved portions of the body such that the additional handles do not exceed outward beyond the adjacent corners.
