Abstract: This invention is related to a kind of hook connection forming method; is an assembly for the replacement of conventional hook component using external force to stamp the hook body and swivel head together; a pre-manufactured hook body with the book body placed in the mold of the precast swivel head; at the same time when the swivel head is formed, the connection head at the end of the hook body is extended out of the connection hole of the swivel head and the assembly of both are completed when the casting is formed so that the size of the head is larger than the connection hole in order for the connection head does not have the problem of separating from the connection hole and could effectively reinforce the firm connection for the increase in product competitiveness.
