The gas-liquid separator has a first cavity and a second cavity. The second cavity includes at least the space located in the first cylinder. The distribution portion includes a first passage. One end of the first passage is communicated with that of the flow guide pipe. The other end of the flow guide pipe is communicated with the second cavity. The other end of the first passage is communicated with the first cavity. The lower sealing cover is located at the other side far away from the distribution portion. The gas-liquid separator further includes a flow passage located, at least in part, in the lower sealing cover, communicated with the first cavity and communicated with the second cavity.

    Abstract: A refrigerant-distributing device and a heat exchanger comprising the refrigerant-distributing device are provided. The refrigerant-distributing device comprises a distributing tube (1) defining a first end and a second end in a length direction thereof and a plurality of nozzles (2) disposed on the distributing tube (1) along the length direction of the distributing tube, each nozzle having a predetermined length and being formed with a through-hole (21) communicating an interior of the distributing tube and an exterior of the distributing tube. By provision of the nozzles, the flow resistance is increased, and the refrigerant-flow rate is more uniform along the length direction of the distrusting tube. In addition, the refrigerant can be ejected along the radial direction, the axial direction, the circumferential direction, and other directions so that the uniformity of the refrigerant in the space outside the distributing tube is improved.

An end cover is formed with a center hole and fixed to a proximal end of one of the headers. A distal end of a sleeve passes through the center hole to extend into the header, and a proximal end of the sleeve is held by a proximal end surface of the end cover. A first distribution-collection tube is fixed to the sleeve and defines an open proximal end and a closed distal end passing through the sleeve to extend into the header in which openings are formed along a longitudinal direction of the distribution-collection tube in a portion thereof extended into the header. A fixing nut is screwed onto the end cover to press the proximal end of the sleeve against the proximal end surface of the end cover.
