Abstract: A sealing lid is disclosed that includes a flexible annular closure membrane surrounded by a heavier annular rim member that is preferably adapted to hold the lid in place on a container to define a first position. The closure membrane can be axially flexed from the first position to a second position using a single hand. In the second position, the membrane axially depresses to lower down the pressure in the container and forms a hermetic vacuum seal with the container. The heavier rim member has a weight that is substantially greater than the weight of the membrane that is adapted to press down the lid over the container. The heavier rim member supports hermetic sealing by facilitating intimate contact between the lid and the container.
Abstract: The invention relates to silicone articles, specifically molded silicone gloves, and methods of making of the silicone gloves. The silicone gloves may optionally comprise a reinforced material. The silicone gloves may have heat resistance and slip resistance and can retain shape after deformation.
Abstract: The invention relates to silicone baby products such as bottles, feeding bottles, bottle holders, and pacifiers. The silicone baby products may optionally comprise a temperature indicator.
Abstract: The invention relates to silicone steamers and covers for the steamers, specifically molded silicone steamers and covers, such as lids and tagines, and methods of making of the silicone steamers and covers. The silicone steamers and covers may have heat resistant and retain shape after deformation.
Abstract: The present invention provides a self-lubricating organic-silicone rubber material and its preparation process. The self-lubricating organic-silicone rubber material comprises organic-silicone rubber, self-lubricating additive, filler and vulcanizing agent, and optionally, release agent and pigment. The self-lubricating organic-silicone rubber material of the present invention can be used in various glass-cleaning appliances, especially the screen wiper of vehicles.
