The dispenser includes a water treatment material. A supply of water is passed from the spa or the hot tub into the skimmer and through the filter cartridge so that the dispenser suspended in the filtered water in the filter cartridge is operable to dispense the water treatment material from the dispenser, and a supply of treated filtered water from the filter cartridge is returned to the spa or the hot tub. A cover, for example, may be employed when the dispenser is not used.

Abstract: A hydrotherapy tub coplanar flow device includes a body mounted onto an inner surface of the hydrotherapy tub. The body includes at least one set of oppositely faced coplanar flow nozzles allowing coplanar flow to occur in opposite directions from the device. The device includes a hollow internal channel therein extending continually from a first slotted nozzle at one end of the body to a second slotted nozzle at a second end of the body that water from a water supply inlet can flow in both directions within the hollow channel towards both slotted nozzles.

The entertainment unit is reasonably retractable through an opening in the upper surface and movable between a) a retracted position wherein the display is hidden from view and a top of the entertainment unit is disposed below and laterally outward from the seal surface, and b) an extended position wherein the top is raised above the seal surface and the display is visible.

Abstract: Improved mounting elements, mounting arrangements, and methods of mounting liners to structures, such as stair assemblies, in pools and spas are disclosed. One aspect is a mounting element for retaining at least a portion of a liner to a structure of a spa or pool, the mounting element including a face plate and a gasket mounted to the face plate. Another aspect is a mounting arrangement including a gasketed mounting element comprising a face plate and a gasket mounted to the face plate and means for mounting the gasketed mounting element to a structure wherein the liner is secured. Another aspect is a method of mounting a liner to a structure of a pool or spa. The invention facilitates the assembly of pools and spas by reducing the number of individual parts required and minimizing the potential for damaging the liner compared to prior art arrangements and methods.

The at least one flow control device is configured for fluid communication with a fluid source and the device includes a first pipe and a second pipe. The first pipe and/or the second pipe are moveable, one relative to the other, among a plurality of positions.

In one aspect, the light-transferring insert may be made from a resilient material, for example, a silicone-based material or a thermoplastic rubber. The head rest assembly may also include electronic audio speakers or sound wave-guide speakers. The head rest assembly may also include a fluid flow device, for example, a nozzle for water. The fluid flow device may also be illuminated. A speaker for a spa or pool having a diaphragm and an audio transducer mounted to the diaphragm is also disclosed. This speaker provides the capability to introduce audio to a tub, spa, pool, bath, or shower while imposing little or no impact upon the fabrication, storage, or shipping of the tub, spa, pool, bath, or shower.

Further, the body has a first inlet for flow of water from the first fluid supply conduit and a second inlet for flow of air from the second fluid supply conduit. The slotted nozzle discharges these fluids in the substantially coplanar flow. The second inlet of the body is located between the first inlet and the slotted nozzle. The body includes an air dam located between the inlets, such as an interior face portion having a steep decline toward the second inlet of the body.
