Abstract: A method for authorizing and monitoring drug prescriptions and treatments for at least one patient is provided. The method includes the steps of providing an agency for coordinating care between the patient and a health care provider; providing a computerized electronic server for authorizing and monitoring drug prescriptions and treatments configured to perform the steps of: receiving a script; verifying insurance information; determining whether the script is dispensed to the patient; and contacting the health care provider when the script is dispensed to the patient; wherein the computerized electronic server is accessible via a device.
