Abstract: A system, a removable memory device and a method for fruition of multimedia contents are provided, wherein the user can instantly mark a multimedia content as favourite by pressing a button while that content is in reproduction. The archive containing the favourite multimedia contents, along with non-favourite contents, is updated immediately, so that said archive, which is stored in a removable memory device, can be moved from one reproduction apparatus to another. One variant of the invention allows also older-generation reproduction apparatuses, which cannot handle playlists and metadata, to reproduce favourite multimedia contents while excluding those that have not been marked as such.

Abstract: An assembly and a method for powering an electric aircraft by way of a supplementary energy-supplying device. The electric energy delivered by such device reduces the energy drawn from the battery and recharges the battery when the supplementary electrical power exceeds that consumed. A greater extension of the flight time may be achieved by defining a number of energy profiles that can be automatically activated by energy management components. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the supplementary energy-supplying device is a photovoltaic film covering at least a portion of a frame of the aircraft. The invention relates also to an electric aircraft equipped with the assembly.

Abstract: A remotely controlled multirotor aircraft having a frame that includes a first and a second peripheral portions, to which at least one first and one second motor can be respectively coupled, and a central portion including a first end and a second end, to which the first peripheral portion and the second peripheral portion are respectively coupled, so that the first peripheral portion develops in a plane that is different from that in which the second peripheral portion develops; furthermore, the central portion also includes a coupling mechanism allowing the coupling between the central portion and a mobile device having video acquisition ability.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for reducing collision risks between an entity and at least an obstacle, wherein the apparatus includes a transmitter adapted to emit a first beacon signal apt to avoid a collision, a receiver adapted to receive at least a second beacon signal that can be emitted by another apparatus which could dangerously approach to the apparatus, a processor configured for detecting at least the second beacon signal received through the receiver, detecting at least a property of at least the second beacon signal, determining, on the basis of the at least one property of the second beacon signal, at least a property of the first beacon signal, and emitting the first beacon signal through the transmitter in order to reduce collision risks.

Abstract: A multi-rotor remote control aircraft for capturing audio and/or video signals and a method for remote controlling the aircraft by way of voice commands. The aircraft and method mitigate the effects of audio noise produced by motors and propellers on reception and detection of the voice commands. Audio acquisition components are provided for receiving the voice commands while noise acquisition components are devoted for capturing the environmental noise. The mitigation of the noise effects is achieved by filtering and a cancellation technique. With the cancellation technique, the noise part contained in the signal captured by the noise acquisition components is equalized to the noise part contained in an audio signal carrying the voice commands and then it is subtracted from the audio signal.

Abstract: The invention relates to a wireless set, beacon apparatus, method and a computer program product for preventing the use of means that can generate harmful interference in a “prohibition area”. A beacon broadcasts a state signal, specifying prohibition or permission to use potentially harmful means, while its transmission range delimits the prohibition area in which the prohibition applies. A beacon receiver, included in the wireless set which also includes potentially harmful means, is active only in a beacon location area, including at least a fraction of a prohibition area. The beacon location areas are defined and stored in a digital memory of the wireless set. According to the received state signal, the potentially harmful means are induced to a deactivation state or to a regular operation state.

Abstract: A receiver of television signals received via air, cable, internet, or by way of connection to an external device. The receiver includes a memory means wherein contents are stored, received through said receiver. The receiver also includes a data management means configured to organize and display the contents of the memory means. The data management means carries out an authentication procedure that allows for a determined user to be associated to his/her profile, that allows for storing and/or accessing private data of said memory means, that are associated uniquely to said determined user, and that do not appear to exist when exploring the contents of said memory means, if beforehand said authentication procedure has not been carried out by said determined user.

Abstract: An audio reproduction device, a system, and a method for allowing a first user, who is listening to a first audio signal though a first headset, is provided to invite a second user, who is listening to a second audio signal through a second headset, to quickly start listening to the first audio signal. To this purpose, the first headset sends a signalling message to the second headset and relays the first audio signal to it. Both the audio signals emitted by the audio sources and that relayed by the first headset may be transmitted by means of a Bluetooth technology enabling a device both to receive a Bluetooth signal as a slave in a piconet and to transmit a corresponding Bluetooth signal as a master in another piconet.

Abstract: A user apparatus, a base apparatus, and a method for authenticating these apparatuses through exchanging data packets is provided. The user apparatus and the base apparatus are paired, share a set of security algorithms and parameters, and perform a mutual authentication based on the challenge-response authentication mechanism. More in details, each of the challenge data packets includes authentication data (digest_a, digest_b, digest_c) and a set of at least two random sequences having random content and random length, wherein the random sequences are generated excluding those that, in the at least one data packet, produce at least one fake replica of the authentication data that at least one of the apparatuses can erroneously detect.

Abstract: A method, system, electronic device, communication server and apparatus are provided for alerting a called party that the caller of an incoming call has urgent need to talk, to reach someone or in general to communicate. The alert is sent through the user-user information field of a call setup message, and it may override the audio and video settings of the called party apparatus and overcome the current outputs of audio and video signals, so that it can be seen by the called person before it answer the call. The alert may be accompanied by personal information of the caller, in order that the recipient can ascertain the caller identity.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system, an user equipment and a method for providing access to mobile communication services, allowing a user to regularly access his/her mobile services and applications through an Internet connection, but pretending to use a regular mobile device. The invention is based on an alternative user equipment equipped with a subscriber identity module to which it is associated the same telephone number as a subscriber identity module that is equipping the user's main regular mobile device, so that the alternative user equipment can access at least one communication service that is also available to the main regular mobile device.
