Abstract: The invention relates to labeling machines in which the labels are obtained from a reeled film and transferred by means of an aspirating roller, first against a roller that applies a vertical strip or points of heated glue, then on the container which is transported over a pan rotating about its own vertical axis and supported by a carrousel, itself rotating about an axis parallel to the axis of the pan. The aspirating roller for transferring the label comprises contact points positioned along a circumference centered on the axis of rotation of the roller between said points the roller is considerably recessed relative to the aforesaid circumference.

Abstract: The invention falls within the field of labeling machine with the continuous introduction of a reeled label film. In particular, it relates to the cutting roller of the label film and it comprises a cooling line for the two support systems of the shaft of the cutting roller. The cooling line is preferably independent for each of the two systems and it comprises a probe for measuring the temperature of the related support which sends its measured value to a block for its comparison with a pre-set preferential temperature value. The block, according to the compared value, activates a solenoid valve inserted on the compressed air supply circuit.

Abstract: A labeling device with continuous introduction of a film containing labels includes a cutting group having a blade located along a generatrix of a rotating roller and a counter blade, a gripping and transfer drum for gripping a transferring a label cut by the blade towards a glue applying device and subsequently onto a container, and a resilient support having a fork-shaped cross-section with two arms joined together in a portion which forms the point of rotation of the arm carrying the counterblade and a wedge actuated by an adjusting screw to press against and cause rotation of the arm carrying the counterblade. The gripping and transfer drum has buffer pads inserted onto dovetail supports which are fixed to the gripping and transfer drum by inserts having an inclined wall designed to form with another wall in the gripping and transfer drum a dovetail seat for retaining the pads.
