Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for real-time post-processing system that transforms MPEG-DASH on-demand media streams, including a DASH media player device; an intercepting media server device; a MPEG-DASH content origin server device; and a proxy media client device coupled to the DASH media player device and the intercepting media server device and configured to intercept MPEG-DASH HTTP requests from the DASH media player device and forward the intercepted requests to the intercepting media server device instead of the MPEG-DASH content origin server device. The intercepting media server device is configured to act as an HTTP proxy device, and forward the intercepted requests to the MPEG-DASH content origin server, and with each corresponding MPEG-DASH media subsegment acquired perform analysis of the video media content within the subsegment and apply selective transcoding.

Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for cloud computing, including a cloud server including a cloud link module or program and coupled to a communications network; a client device including a device link module or program and coupled to the cloud server via the communications network; and a memory card including a card link module or program and coupled to the client device. The cloud link, client link, and card link modules or programs are configured to allocate processing of content between the cloud server, client device and memory card, such that communications bandwidth usage between the cloud server and the client device are minimized during content delivery.

Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for proximity-based access control, including a physical token device having a programmable computing device, a memory storage device, and a wireless radio device having a limited range; and a user device that couples to the physical token device over one of: a wireless interface to the wireless radio device integrated into the physical token, and a physical interface to the physical token with electrical connectivity between the physical token and the user device. The programmable computing device is configured to only allow the user device to access the memory storage device over the wireless or physical interface when the physical token device is either within the limited range of the wireless radio device, or physically attached such that electrical connection is possible, respectively.
