Patents Assigned to Satronic AG
  • Patent number: 7432577
Abstract: A semiconductor component for detecting electromagnetic radiation includes a contact between a metal and a semiconductor. The semiconductor has at least one metal-chalcogenide compound semiconductor as an optical absorbing material or is configured completely from said semiconductor. This allows a cost-effective component to be produced which reacts to electromagnetic radiation in a specifically defined manner. The semiconductor component can be used in an electronic component and a sensor system. A method is also described for producing a semiconductor component by bringing a substrate into contact with a solution, in which a precursor of metal-chalcogenide compound semiconductor is dissolved and/or suspended.

  • Patent number: 5890658
Abstract: A nozzle closing valve, particularly for a pressure atomizer nozzle of an oil burner, comprises an inlet side with an inlet passage, an outlet side with an outlet passage, a valve seat located between the inlet passage and the outlet passage, as well as a shutoff member. The shutoff member is sealingly pressed onto the valve seat by way of a first spring located behind the shutoff member and rises from the valve seat counter to the force of the first spring when a predetermined pressure is reached in the inlet passage. A maximum sealing action with easy manufacturability and a particularly compact structure are achieved in that the shutoff member is constructed as a membrane; the first spring has an essentially linear spring characteristic; the first spring is housed in a spring chamber, which is constructed as a space open on one side and whose sole opening is sealingly closed by the membrane; and the first spring and the spring chamber are located on the inlet side of the nozzle closing valve.

  • Patent number: 5722455
Abstract: A nozzle closing valve, particularly for a pressure atomizer nozzle of an oil burner, comprises an inlet side with an inlet port and a valve seat located at the end of the inlet port, as well as a closing member, which is sealing pressed onto the valve seat by a first spring located behind the closing member and is raised from the valve seat counter to the tension of the first spring when a predetermined pressure is reached in the inlet port. A maximum sealing action is achieved in the case of easy manufacture and compact construction in that the closing member is constructed as a diaphragm, the first spring has a substantially linear spring characteristic and the first spring is housed in a spring chamber constructed as a space open on one side and whose only opening is sealingly closed by the diaphragm.

  • Patent number: 4901034
Abstract: In a process and a circuit for exciting an ultrasonic generator the latter is excited by an output signal of a voltage-controlled oscillator, which is controlled by a control device including a triangular wave generator so that its frequency is periodically swept in a range covering the series resonance of the ultrasonic generator. A measured quantity value, which can be voltage or current corresponding to the damping of the ultrasonic generator, is formed and is compared with the maximum permitted damping. If the established damping is smaller than the maximum permitted damping, the oscillator is additionally regulated as a function of the measured quantity. This measured quantity is preferably a function of the exciting current of the ultrasonic generator. An instantaneous measured value and a delayed value are formed and their difference is compared with a threshold value in a comparator. If this difference is the same as the threshold value, the sweep direction in the control device is reversed.

  • Patent number: 4868521
Abstract: A method and a circuit for exciting an ultrasonic generator comprises a control loop which includes the ultrasonic generator itself and a voltage-controlled oscillator. The control loop keeps the active power consumption to a desired value, which is compared in a comparator with the instantaneous active power consumption. One output of a further rectangular oscillator is connected to the control input of the voltage-controlled oscillator. The rectangular oscillator is put into operation if in the control loop there are no control oscillations or only those which are smaller than a predetermined threshold. The output of the rectangular oscillator is connected across one diode to the control input of the voltage-controlled oscillator and across another diode to the controlled input of comparator. The additional signal is applied to the voltage-controlled oscillator, apart from the control signal of the control loop.

  • Patent number: 4438882
Abstract: A nozzle having a nozzle casing with a whirl member positioned therein and which is pressed against the internally conical bottom of the nozzle casing. The fluid fed to nozzle bore is filtered in a filter and then passes into an annular channel. The latter contains a protective member with passage orifices which are at least as large as the passage orifices of the filter. The protective member holds back any particles detached in the filter or nozzle casing and consequently prevents clogging of whirl channels located in whirl member and of the nozzle bore. It is positioned in immediate proximity of the nozzle bore so as to trap the maximum number of particles.

  • Patent number: 4355292
Abstract: A control device for an automatic furnace comprises a relay (2), whose armature (3) has two independent contact holders (4, 5) and a bimetallic element (6) with a control arm (7). By means of snap switches a contact holder (4), a contact holder (8) for operating an ignition device and a contact holder (9) for disconnecting the control device are connected to control arm (7). The minimum spacing between the two armature parts (4, 5) is defined by a bar (15) on armature part (5). If flame formation fails in the furnace, bimetallic element (6) is energized until the control device is switched off by switching over contact holder (9). If a photoelectric cell controlling the switching on of relay (2) becomes conductive due to outside light during the starting and repetition of the control device, the bimetallic element (6) cannot be disconnected by the locking system formed by bar (15) when the fuel valve is closed.
