Abstract: A storage case for storing electronic recording devices and their boxes. The case has a base, two end walls and two side walls, each fixedly connected together to form an open box. The side walls have an upper and a lower portion, the lower portion being adjacent the base and the upper portion being located between the base and the open end of the box. The upper portion, but not the lower portion of the box, comprises a plurality of paired vertical ribs spaced to allow an electronic recording device or a box to be inserted through the ribs and held in a vertical position in the case.

Abstract: A storage cabinet for storing in each of a number of stacked storage regions a boxed compact disk, a boxed compact cassette or a pair of unboxed compact cassettes includes a pair of opposed parallel side walls cantilevered from a rear wall and having stacked opposed pairs of protrusions defining a first storage region extending between the side walls for receiving a boxed compact disk or a pair of unboxed cassettes and each having a shelf spaced from the rear wall for defining a second storage region of width corresponding to that of a boxed compact cassette and depth less than the width of a boxed compact cassette for storing a boxed compact cassette so that it protrudes slightly beyond the free ends of the side walls.

Abstract: A cassette carrying case has a rectangular bottom with a pressed cardboard bottom formed with recesses for accommodating cassettes and flocked. A top of dome shape is hinged to the rectangular bottom and carries a domed styrene plastic insert that nests in the top and is formed with a number of parallel ribs that engage the tops of the cassettes when nested in the recesses in the bottom portion with the top over the bottom.
