Abstract: An audio reproduction device is disclosed. The audio reproduction device includes a housing, a driver assembly including a diaphragm, an ear cushion and at least one port. The diaphragm selectively vibrates based on a received audio input signal. The diaphragm has a front side and a back side. The driver assembly is disposed in the housing, with selective portion of the housing and the driver assembly define a housing chamber, the housing chamber disposed behind the back side of the diaphragm. The ear cushion surrounds the diaphragm and selective portion of the ear cushion forms an ear chamber, the ear chamber disposed in front of the front side of the diaphragm. The at least one port is configured to communicate with the housing chamber and selectively relieve pressure from the housing chamber and into the ear cushion, when the diaphragm selectively vibrates.
Abstract: System and method for enhancing audio reproduced by an audio reproduction device with a first channel and second channel is described. X samples of audio signals are received and stored in a portion of an input buffer with 2x positions and rest of the x positions are padded with zero for both the channels. Contents of the input buffer are transformed to frequency domain (FD) components. FD components are multiplied with a first filter coefficient to generate FD components with short echo effect and with a second filter coefficient to generate FD components with long echo effect. Then, they are converted to time domain (TD) components with short echo effect and TD components with long echo effect. Selective TD components with short echo effect and long echo effect are combined to generate a convolved first channel output and a convolved second channel output.
Abstract: System and method for enhancing audio reproduced by an audio reproduction device is described. A plurality of convolution coefficients are generated for a predefined space. A digital audio signal is modified based on the generated convolved digital audio signal to generate a convolved digital audio signal. The convolved digital audio signal is converted to a convolved analog audio signal. The convolved analog audio signal is fed to the audio reproduction device.
Abstract: A system and method to selectively activate an audio reproduction device is disclosed. An audio reproduction device is provided. The audio reproduction device is coupled to an audio source to receive audio signal. A biosensor is provided to sense biosignal of a listener. Sensed biosignal is processed by a biosignal processor. The processed biosignal is evaluated by an intermediate digital processor. Based on the evaluation, the audio reproduction device is selectively enabled to reproduce the received audio signal.
Abstract: A system and method to encrypt digital data is disclosed. Digital data is received from a data source by an encryption system. A first data store is designated to store the received digital data. An encryption key is selectively assigned to encrypt the received digital data. A selective portion of the received digital data is encrypted with the assigned encryption key to create encrypted digital data. The encrypted digital data is stored in the first data store.
