This invention also relates to an air filtration device comprising (a) a frame panel; (b) a porous filtration medium disposed within the frame panel; and (c) an adsorbent panel disposed on the porous filtration medium. A sustained release fragrance material is disposed on a first portion of the adsorbent panel and a fragrance oil is disposed on a second portion of the adsorbent panel.

The polyurethane/urea matrix is prepared by a process of reacting a urethane prepolymer with an aromatic diamine chain extender in the presence of an active agent which is a fragrance agent or an insect repellant agent. This invention also relates to a process for making the polyurethane/urea matrices as well as the products in which the polyurethane/urea matrices may be incorporated.
