Abstract: A device for producing a thin-walled elongate body from thermoplastic material includes a removable sleeve (25) and a bush (33), the casing of the removable sleeve (25) and the bore (31) in the bush (33) are arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of symmetry of the core and, by rotation relative to one another, a displacement of the core can be achieved both in terms of magnitude and also in relation to a deflection angle.
Abstract: In a hot channel multiple injection molding die, the molding spaces (15) for the workpieces are each connected to two injection nozzles (9) and the injection nozzles (9) are each connected to two molding spaces (15). The injection nozzles (9) are arranged between the molding spaces (15). Therefore, a small overall height of the lower die part (1) is produced.
Abstract: A plastic pump piston is provided for a disposable syringe, wherein the disposable syringe has a syringe cylinder which is constructed with a needle cone on one end thereof and at least one gripping plate on the other end thereof, and having a sealing element on the front end of a shaft of the pump piston. The sealing element is made of a material having a higher elasticity than the pump piston material and is molded onto the pump piston in the same mold after the pump piston is injection molded.
