Abstract: A partial beam splitter includes a substrate including a substrate material; and a coating arranged on at least one main surface of the substrate. Along a first direction which is parallel to a normal vector of the main surface, the substrate and all coatings having a total thickness. For a specific light beam having a specific wavelength within a range of 450 nm and 650 nm which is incident on the partial beam splitter along a second direction with an angle of 32° enclosed between a vector pointing in the first direction and a vector pointing in the second direction, the specific light beam after transmitting through the partial beam splitter has a phase having a phase difference of an absolute value of smaller than or equal to 30° compared to the case in which, under otherwise identical conditions, the partial beam splitter is replaced by a similar reference substrate.

Abstract: An optical composite component includes a first surface; a second surface; and at least one stack with a first surface and a second surface including two or more substrates connected to one another using an adhesive layer. A surface of at least one substrate has an inorganic coating. The two or more substrates are arranged such that the substrates and the inorganic coating are alternately arranged in a stack direction of the at least one stack. An angle between a normal vector of the first surface and/or the second surface of the at least one stack and the stack direction is not 0°. The first surface of the component includes the first surface of the at least one stack and/or the second surface of the component includes the second surface of the at least one stack. The inorganic coating has at least two layers including a top layer including SiO2.

Abstract: A window includes: a vitreous substrate pane forming a substrate, the substrate including at least one surface; and a coating disposed on the at least one surface of the substrate, wherein at least one of: (a) the window within a wavelength range from 400 to 700 nm has an average transmittance ?avg,400 nm to 700 nm of less than 15%, where ?avg,400 nm to 700 nm is defined as ? a ? v ? ? , 400 ? n ? m - 700 ? n ? m = ? 400 ? n ? m 700 ? n ? m ? ? d ? ? 700 ? n ? m - 400 ? n ? m ; and (b) at any wavelength the window has a spectral transmittance of less than 15%, wherein the window at at least one wavelength within a wavelength range from 875 nm to 1600 nm has a transmittance of at least 75%.
