  • Patent number: 9317801
Abstract: A transponder label resistant to high temperatures includes a transponder arrangement, an adhesive layer for adhesively attaching the transponder label to an electrically conductive substrate, and a spacer layer on which the transponder arrangement is disposed, to space it apart from the conductive substrate. The adhesive layer and the spacer layer each have a material that is temperature-resistant, in such a manner that the size of a surface area of the transponder label, which area covers the conductive substrate after the transponder label is adhesively attached to the conductive substrate, remains unchanged when the transponder label, after having been adhesively attached to the conductive substrate, is heated from a starting temperature below 125° C. to a higher temperature between 125° C. and 400° C., and, after having been heated, is cooled down to the starting temperature.

  • Patent number: 9139035
Abstract: In a production method for a booklet having an over-size cover sheet, first all the pages of the booklet are joined together and connected. Thereupon the cover sheet is at first folded aside and the remaining sheets are cut to the desired format. Subsequently, the cover sheet is brought to the desired over-size format in a special method, preferably using a laser beam. A booklet in which the cover sheet is cut in different manner than the remaining stack of sheets is produced according to the production process indicated above.

  • Publication number: 20150136631
Abstract: An overlapping wrap-around label for adhesively attaching around the circumference of an article has a first indicator component and a second indicator component, which by being brought into contact with one another form an indicator arrangement. The first indicator component is arranged in a first portion of the area of the overlapping wrap-around label and the second indicator component is arranged in a second portion of the area of the overlapping wrap-around label. The second portion is offset from the first portion along a first direction and is thereby arranged separately from the first indicator component.

  • Patent number: 9028934
Abstract: A label has a part that is to stand out at a defined angle from a curved surface to which the label is applied. There is a reinforcement area that has an edge curvature at the transition part of the label, between the part that is to be raised up and the part that is attached to the curved surface. The edge curvature is implemented such that it fixes the part to be raised up at a defined angle during or after placement of the label on a specific object.

Abstract: The invention relates to an open optical security feature which provides for a high level of security and can be produced relatively straightforwardly in a technical production method. The security features of optically variable inks with tilt effect and the properties of a latent image are combined with one another and interwoven. By virtue of the security feature being generated by printing, the security feature can be realized in a cost-effective manner, but nevertheless with a very high level of security being provided. The resulting security feature can readily be verified at any time, by any desired individual, without any additional auxiliary means being required.
