Abstract: A method for retrieving data from a database. The method includes receiving a query for the data in the database, determining a user associated with the query, and obtaining an entitlement entry associated with the user, the entitlement entry created by applying an entitlement rule associated with the user to a chasing rule. The method further includes determining, using a processor, an entitlement predicate for a data view query using the entitlement entry, the data view query including the entitlement predicate and associated with the query. The method further includes executing, on the processor, the data view query to obtain the data in the database, the user being entitled to view the data presenting the data to the user.

Abstract: A two stage filter for drilling fluid using downhole tools filters solid materials from the drilling fluid and has a first, outer filter section and a second, inner filter section. A portion of the drilling fluid flowing through the first section is received by the second section, and passed on to the fluid using device of the tool. A flow area of the first filter section is greater than a flow area of the second filter section.
