    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a latent heat accumulator of expanded graphite by expanding a graphitic starting material. The invention is characterized in that the graphitic starting material is introduced into a mold which corresponds at least in sections to the negative mold of the latent heat accumulator, and that the graphitic starting material is subsequently expanded in the closed mold.
