Abstract: A solution including a single-stranded nucleic acid (10) having a target base (11) related to SNP or the like is mixed with a solution including two kinds of single-stranded detecting nucleic acids (20a) and (20b) complementary to partial sequences that sandwich the target base (11) between them to hybridize the target nucleic acid (10) and the detecting nucleic acids (20a) and (20b). Thus, a gap part (21) is intentionally formed at a position opposed to the target base (11). Then, a receptor molecule (30) having hydrogen bonding characteristics and fluorescence emitting characteristics is inserted to the gap part (21) as a hydrophobic space. Then, the change of fluorescent strength of the receptor molecule (30) depending on the difference of the target base (11) is detected to detect a single nucleotide substitution.

  • Publication number: 20070197176
Abstract: An FM signal demodulating method and a device thereof are provided, for easily changing the sensitivity, as an FM signal demodulator, preventing the change in response speed due to the change of the sensitivity and using differentiation without waveform distortion. Reference signals with phases different from each other by 90 degrees and having frequencies equal to the central frequency of an FM signal to be demodulated are frequency-mixed to the FM signal inputted, respectively, the mixed signals are converted into intermediate-frequency signals I and Q having phases different from each other by 90 degrees with frequencies of 0 Hz as center, signals dI and dQ obtained by time-differentiating the intermediate-frequency signals I and Q and the intermediate-frequency signals I and Q are multiplied across each other, signals I•dQ and Q•dI are thus obtained, and the difference of I•dQ?Q•dI is outputted.

  • Patent number: 7260055
Abstract: A method for channel response estimation for an OFDM communication system based on a certain normal training symbols plus one virtual training symbol begins with receiving at least one preamble symbol of a transmitted data frame. A first channel state information is estimated from the at least one preamble symbol. At least one signalling symbol is then received and equalized and a rate factor and a length factor are extracted from the at least one signalling symbol. A virtual training symbol is formed from the rate factor and the length factor. A second channel state information is estimated from the at least one preamble symbol and the virtual training symbol. The data symbols are equalized by performing channel correction on data symbols with the second channel estimation and pilot sub-carriers in each of the plurality of data symbols.

  • Patent number: 7258025
Abstract: When outputs from two vibration detection sensors are measured by a Coriolis flowmeter in a form of phase difference time, a tube must be thinned to increase a sensitivity of the flowmeter to enable measurement and accordingly flow velocity and pressure loss increase, and a thickness of the flowmeter must be reduced and therefore a pressure resistance cannot be readily enhanced. In particular, the sensitivity of signals to flow rate is difficult to increase and, accordingly, a flow rate of a low-density gas cannot be accurately measured. In the present invention, a Coriolis vibration frame 16 carrying a U-shaped tube is swingably fixed to a forced vibration frame 19 fixed to a support base 22 to form a highly rigid frame structure limiting a vibrating direction to one degree of freedom in a Coriolis vibration direction. The forced vibration frame 19 is vibrated by a vibration exciter 20 so that a ratio of a forced vibration frequency to the Coriolis frequency of a pipeline is at least 1 to 10.

  • Patent number: 7260046
Abstract: A clamper guider in a slot-in drive comprises a sheet body, a lower section at the lower side of the sheet body is disposed at the front end of the sheet body; a rear section pivotally connected to a ceiling plate of a chassis is disposed at the rear end of the sheet body; an arm is extended at the flank side of the sheet body, the flank side of the arm is connected to the ceiling plate of the chassis; a round hole combined with said clamper is disposed at the lower section. Whereby, the clamper guider has a smaller volume and the matching design of each component in the whole chassis is more convenient. And, a shorter pivoting end is disposed between the clamper guider and the ceiling plate of the chassis and the end that the clamper guider is combined with the clamper is more stable rather not to yield a shaking in the level direction.
