The all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery has a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte is made up of the solid electrolyte material of the present invention.

Finally, a position deviation of the wafer is calculated according to spatial coordinates of the feature points and positions of the feature points, an alignment deviation e is calculated according to the obtained spatial position coordinates of the feature points, and the wafer is pre-aligned based on the deviation value e.

The method also includes recycling the water generated from the fuel cell stack to one or all of the acid aqueous solution tank, the dehydrogenation reactor, and a separate water tank. The acid is formic acid and, in in the dehydrogenation reactor, the temperature is in a range of 10° C. to 400° C. and the pressure is in a range of 1 bar to 100 bar.

    Abstract: A use of ganoderma fungal RNA molecules, a drug, a drug composition and a delivery carrier are provided. It has been proved that the tRFs derived from the ganoderma traditional Chinese medicine has an obvious inhibiting effect on airway smooth muscle cell phenotype change (proliferation, abnormal secretion and the like) induced by TGF-?1 and AHR, inflammation and remodeling of asthma mice induced by Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus in the experiments of the present disclosure, which suggests that the tRFs derived from the ganoderma traditional Chinese medicine and a pharmaceutical composition can be a brand new medicine for treating asthma. The drug comprises the RNA molecule and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent and/or excipient.
