    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing isophorone diamine by means of a hydrogenation reduction of isophorone nitrile imine. The hydrogenation reduction is continuously carried out in a multi-stage bubble column reactor loaded with a supported alkaline cobalt-based catalyst, wherein isophorone nitrile imine is successively in countercurrent contact with hydrogen in each stage of the reactor to carry out a hydrogenation reduction reaction, so as to obtain the isophorone diamine. The preparation method solves the problem of back-mixing, and further improves the conversion rate and the cis/trans ratio of the product.

The deposition method comprises the following steps: 1) heating metal substrate; carrying out deposition. The method is characterized in the step 1) that a current is conducted into the metal substrate at one end of the growth zone by one electrode, and out of the metal substrate at the other end of the growth zone by the other electrode, so that the metal substrate is heated by the heat emitting of the resistant of the metal substrate itself. According to the method, the quality of the prepared thin film is improved, while the preparation cost of the thin film is reduced. In addition, the consistent double-sided thin films can be easily prepared on two surfaces of the metal substrate by employing the system and method.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a deep learning-based temporal phase unwrapping method for fringe projection profilometry. First, four sets of three-step phase-shifting fringe patterns with different frequencies (including 1, 8, 32, and 64) are projected to the tested objects. The three-step phase-shifting fringe images acquired by the camera are processed to obtain the wrapped phase map using a three-step phase-shifting algorithm. Then, a multi-frequency temporal phase unwrapping (MF-TPU) algorithm is used to unwrap the wrapped phase map to obtain a fringe order map of the high-frequency phase with 64 periods. A residual convolutional neural network is built, and its input data are set to be the wrapped phase maps with frequencies of 1 and 64, and the output data are set to be the fringe order map of the high-frequency phase with 64 periods. Finally, the training dataset and the validation dataset are built to train and validate the network.

The method includes: drawing an unevenness curve according to a distance from a shapemeter to a surface of a plate, where there are a plurality of unevenness curves; using a barycentric formula to obtain a first barycentric coordinate of each unevenness curve; calculating a tilt value of a straightening roll corresponding to each unevenness curve according to the first barycentric coordinate of each unevenness curve; determining an unevenness curve of a current straightening roll; adjusting the straightening roll according to the tilt value of the straightening roll corresponding to the unevenness curve, to straighten the plate; and going back to the step of determining an unevenness curve of a current straightening roll until the plate is totally straightened. The present invention improves plate straightening accuracy by dynamically adjusting parameters of the straightening roll.

    Abstract: An under-driven prosthetic hand with a self-adaptive grasping function is provided, which belongs to the field of medical equipment. The prosthetic hand simultaneously controls four fingers to implement bending and stretching movements by a first motor through structural designs of a prosthetic hand body, a finger transmission module, an inter-finger transmission module, and a thumb driving module, and limits the transmission torque between the motor and screws using a damping shaft and in cooperation with the telescopic characteristic of a telescopic component. On the one hand, mechanical damage to the prosthetic hand structure due to excessive torque outputted by the motor can be prevented. On the other hand, the self-adaptive grasping function of the prosthetic hand can be implemented. The disclosure can also effectively solve issues such as excessive volume or mass of the prosthetic hand, complicated control system, and low operation precision.
