Abstract: The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treating paracetamol amenable conditions, such as pain and fever. The pharmaceutical compositions comprise certain combinations of derivatives of 4-Aminophenols and N-acylethanolamines. Also disclosed are methods and kits for treating or minimizing paracetamol amenable conditions.
