The scrubbing device further includes at least one brush wheel and a stone wheel mounted on the axle. The at least one brush wheel includes a plurality of bristles. The scrubbing device also includes a pipe having a plurality of holes disposed above the axle. The pipe is in fluid communication with a source of fluid.
